Delete Your Account

• Your profile information, including your name, email address, and phone number, will be permanently removed.
• All listings created by you will be permanently deleted from the marketplace.
• Your account access will be disabled and you will no longer be able to sign in.

• Request Received We acknowledge your request within 48 hours via email.
• Verification (1–2 days) We verify your identity using your registered phone number and email, including a verification call.
• Account Deactivated (Within 7 days) Your account becomes inaccessible and your listings are removed from the marketplace.
• Data Purged (Within 30 days) All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers and backups.

After deletion, your user information and listings data are permanently removed. If retention is required by applicable law, only the minimum necessary records are retained for the legally required period.
